José Antonio Ondiviela is the Microsoft Western Europe Public Sector Government Business Development Manager since 2011. He joined Microsoft in 1995 and holds a wealth of Microsoft experience in field sales, sales strategy, operations and marketing. In 2004, he started the Local&Regional Government business in Spain. He incubated the Digital Cities Accelerator, precursor of the Digital Town Hall initiative, then Citizen Service Platform, and now CityNext (SmartCities Solutions from Microsoft partners). Since 2008, he has a Western Europe Public Sector business management role.
