Biomedical Imaging Technologies (BIT-UPM) is a research group recognized by Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, which has been working on the acquisition and analysis of biomedical images since 2000.
Since 2008, the group is also part of CIBER-BBN: the Biomedical Research Networking Center in Bioengineering, Biomaterials and Nanomedicine.
Vision: Contribute to improve health care delivery through advances in biomedical imaging technologies.
Mission: The application of technological solutions to actual clinical or biological problems, especially with the aim of early diagnosis and treatment, including:
