Biography
Patricia Arroba García holds a Ph.D. in Electronic Systems from UPM (cum laude and extraordinary award) and has been an Associate Professor at DIE-UPM since 2023. She has completed HiPEAC research stays at the University of Melbourne and a European Commission-funded stay at Tokyo Tech.
Her research focuses on modeling, simulation, and optimization of edge and cloud infrastructures to improve sustainability, including energy consumption, cooling, and low-power mode management; she applies machine learning and optimization techniques in dynamic operating conditions.
