Biography

Carlos Carreras is a Full Professor at UPM. He earned his engineering degree at UPM (1986), an M.Sc. at the University of Texas at Austin (1989), and his Ph.D. at UPM (1993), and worked at Honeywell Bull and Schlumberger between 1987 and 1991.

His research focuses on architectures and electronic design of high-performance processing systems and accelerators, as well as CAD tools and signal-processing circuits.
