Biography

Javier Gálvez Goicuría is a Telecommunications Engineer from UPM. He worked as an electronics support engineer at ACE Business Group and Indra Sistemas, and later as a lecturer at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.

He is currently a Ph.D. student at LSI-UPM.
