Biography
Josué Pagán Ortiz holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCM (2018, cum laude and extraordinary award) and a Telecommunications Engineering degree from UPM (2013, honors), as well as a Technical Telecommunications Engineering degree from UPNA (2010).
His work focuses on robust methods for data acquisition, modeling, simulation, and optimization in biophysical scenarios, with applications to early prediction and classification of diseases. He has completed research stays at Washington State University and FAU, promotes technology transfer (startup founder), and teaches HW–SW systems for IoT.
