Commitment to Quality
The Master follows the quality procedures of the ETSIT-UPM, described in the following link. The design of the quality procedures has been approved by ANECA within its AUDIT program, with certificate No. UCR 127/10, issued on 10-25-2010.
Regarding the Master Programs, the processes corresponding to the quality procedures defined for the center are implemented in a particular way:
- Existence of an organ, unit or person responsible for the program’s quality assurance system.
- Existence of mechanisms to obtain information about the development of the doctoral program, mobility programs, and their results.
- Existence of mechanisms that guarantee that the information obtained is analyzed, that decisions related to the development and results of the program are made, and that the derived actions are implemented.
- Existence of mechanisms for publishing information about the program, its development and results, and procedures for suspending the program.

- Monitoring of graduates of the different degrees.
- Review of the Quality Assurance System itself.
Labor Insertion of Graduates
Once the Master’s degree is completed, students have a fairly high job placement rate:
- A high percentage of graduates are working. In the majority of these cases, completing the Master’s degree has meant an improvement in their job.
- Foreign students, especially those from Latin America, get good positions upon their return to their countries of origin. A Master’s degree from the UPM opens important career doors for them.
