Complaints and Claims Mailbox
Complaints and claims received will be processed by the administrative secretary who will forward them to the Coordinator of the affected subject, the Master’s Studies Management Commission or the Department Management as appropriate.
An attempt will be made to respond within fifteen days following receipt of the complaint, suggestion or claim.
